心脏MR延迟强化在心肌病预后评估中的价值 被引量:6

摘要 心肌病包括原发性心肌病和继发性心肌病,其中原发性心肌病指的是病因不明的心肌病,继发性心肌病指与已知病因或系统疾病相关的心肌疾患。心肌病在临床上常指原发性心肌病。2007年中华医学会心血管病学分会制定的心肌病诊断与治疗建议,以及2008年欧洲心脏协会制定的心肌病分类旧。,都将原发性心肌病分为肥厚型心肌病(HCM)、扩张型心肌病(DCM)、限制型心肌病(RCM)、致心律失常型右心室心肌病(ARVC)及未定型心肌病。
