摘要
借助金相和TEM分析了低碳钢经3 GPa压力热处理后显微组织,并对其硬度进行测试。结果表明,低碳钢经3 GPa压力,1000℃保温20 min的处理可获得马氏体;与盐水淬火相比,3 GPa压力处理后获得的马氏体细小,且位错密度较高。
The microstructure of low carbon steel after 3 GPa pressure treatment was analyzed by OM and TEM,and the hardness was measured.The results show that martensite appears in the low carbon steel after 3 GPa pressure and 1000℃ for 20 min treatment.Compared with the salt water quenching,the more tiny martensite with high-density dislocation is obtained for the low carbon steel after 3GPa pressure treatment.
