摘要
应用尿素动力学参数时间平均尿素浓度 (TACurea) ,整体尿素清除率 (KT/V) ,蛋白分解代谢率(PCR) ,对 16例维持性血透患者透析充分性及营养状态进行评价。结果发现TACurea和PCR是反映血液透析长期充分与否的重要标志 ,KT/V可直接反映单次透析效果 ,是调整透析方案的最佳指标。在透析不充分的情况下 ,KT/V对PCR有重要的影响。
Application of urea dynamics parameters including TACurea (Time mean concentration of urea),KT/V and PCR (protein catabolic rate) to evaluate the degree of persistent sufficiency and nutriture of the survival patients with hemodialysis (n=16).The results showed that the TACurea and PCR were two major markers of dialysis,which could reflect whether the long term dialysis was sufficient or not.The KT/V value could reflect the effectiveness of single homodialysis for the patients with renal failure,it is the best marker in adjustment of hemodialysis schedule.
