摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了AlNiCrFexMo0.2CoCu(x=0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0)高熵合金,研究了Fe元素对该合金组织和性能的影响。对上述4种合金进行XRD分析,发现当x=0.5、1.0和1.5时,有BCC、FCC和σ相三相组成;当x=2.0时,合金只有BCC和FCC两相;该合金硬度随Fe含量的增加而降低。压缩试验表明,合金断裂强度均超过1100 MPa,且具有较好的塑性。
AlNiCrFexMo0.2CoCu(x=0.5 to 2.0) high entropy alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy.The effects of Fe element on the microstructure,hardness and comprehensive mechanical properties were investigated.The XRD results show that,the constitutent phase changes from BCC+FCC+ σ at x=0.5 into BCC+FCC at x=2.0,and the hardness of the four alloys decreases gradually.The fracture stength of the alloy is higher than 1100 MPa,and has a nice plasticity.
