摘要
结构式家庭治疗因其疗法的简洁性、实用性和有效性,成为家庭治疗领域内最具影响力的流派之一。文章介绍了结构式家庭治疗理论的基本概念(如家庭结构、家庭次系统、家庭界限等)、结构式家庭治疗的四步模式和主要技术(如绘制家庭结构图、实际演出、重新界定问题、隐喻和空间改变、明晰界限等),指出其结构式家庭治疗的主要特点和局限性。
Nowadays, the structural family therapy has become the most influential theory and doctrine in the field of family therapy for its conciseness, availability and effectiveness. The present study systematically introduced the basic conceptions （e. g. family structure, family subsystem and family boundary）, the four-step model and the main techniques （e. g. drawing fig- ure of family structure, actual performance, redefining problem, metaphor ＆ displacement, clearing boundaries）. Finally, the thesis reviewed its characteristics and limitations.
