摘要
介绍国外ICU专科护士的资格认证与培养模式,分析和总结国内外ICU专科护士资格认证制度和培养模式。借鉴国外的成功经验,探讨适合我国国情的ICU资格认证制度和培养模式,规范ICU专科护士资格认证制度,结合我国国情寻求最佳的培养模式。健全临床师资培训制度,明确专科护士的职责和待遇,将是我国ICU专科护士今后研究和实践的方向。
We analyzed and summarized both domestic and foreign ICU Clinic Nursing Specialist（CNS） qualification certification and training system. Through learning from the international ICU CNS certification and training system, we could provide research and practice orientation for our ICU CNS training and development. Based on the international successful experience, we could establish the ICU qualification certification training system according to Chinese situation. The research and practice orientation of Chinese ICU CNS will be focused on ICU CNS qualification certification system developing, seeking out the best training model, improving clinical tutors＇ training system and darifyin~ lob description and salary system for ICU CNS.
