摘要
玉米芯是玉米生产过程中的副产品,具有较高的营养价值。目前,我国对玉米芯的开发利用量较少,对其营养价值的认识程度也较低。从玉米芯营养价值、利用方式及其对家畜的饲喂效果3个方面进行了详细的阐述。
Corncob is a by-product of corn in the productive process,with high nutritional value. At present, exploiting the corncob is less and recognizing the nutritional value of corncob is lower in China. Therefore, this paper elaborated in detail form the three aspects of nutritional value, utilization patterns and feeding effect on livestock.
