摘要
教师的编制问题是教育管理精细化、现代化的重要手段。当前我国实行城乡区别对待的编制设置,在总数上农村学校教师编制数偏少,也没能考虑到部分地区农村学生减少的现状。在新形势下,应当重新对农村教师编制需求进行核对、定编定岗,提高编制管理的精细化水平和管理层次,实行弹性的、多样化的编制管理。
Registered teacher posts are an important way of detailed and modernized management. Teacher posts are currently set up differently between city and countryside, and gives serious insufficient registered teacher posts to countryside schools, which is inappropriate for the decentralization tendency of countryside education. Therefore, registered teacher posts should be checked and set down according to factual requirement, and flexible management measure should be carried out timely.
