摘要
基于人工智能的信息知识主动服务系统系通过对话,能够初步掌握用户的知识水平,给出用户能力的基本判断,主动向用户提出问题,并能启发引导用户,通过与用户的反复交流,也能吸取和学习用户的知识,自动记忆和保存有价值的对话信息,扩充系统的信息库和知识库,系统服务水平不断提高,系统变得越来越聪明。
Information knowledge initiative service system based on artificial intelligence can grasp the knowledge level user' s initially through the dialog, gives the user ability the basic judgment, asks the question to the user on own initiative, can inspire the guidance user, through with user repeated exchange, can also absorb and study the knowledge user' s, the automatic memory and saving the di- alog information valuable, to expansion information and knowledge base of system, the system service level enhances unceasingly, the system becomes more and more intelligent.
