摘要
报道了CL N1 92 3萃淋树脂对钨和磷的吸萃性能 ,研究了该树脂对高量钨溶液中微量磷的色谱分离条件。通过动、静态法试验结果表明 ,CL N1 92 3萃淋树脂在pH =7.80~ 8.32的弱碱性NaHCO3溶液中对粗Na2 WO4溶液中微量杂质磷具有很强的吸萃能力 ,动态吸萃率达 90 %以上 ,βP/WO3达 1 0 0左右 ,高纯钨的直收率约 80 % ,分离后钨溶液中磷的含量由 0 0 50~ 0 50g/L降至 0 0 1 5g/L以下 ,磷的去除率达 70 %~ 97%。
The extraction behavior of tungsten and phosphorus in alkalinous solution (pH=7.50~8.32) and the conditions for separating the trace phosphorus from tungsten in impure tungstate solution by CLN_1923 LEVEXTREL resin were investigated. The results of static and mobile experimental method showed that the CLN_1923 LEVEXTREL resin may separate effectively the trace amounts of phosphorus from the tungsten in impure sodium tungstate solution, the mobile extraction rate of the phosphorus is above 90%. The separation coefficient is about 100. The content of phosphorus was decreased from 0.05~0.50 g/L to below 0.015 g/L. The removed rate of phosphorus may get up to 70%~97%. The above anion extracted by the CLN_1923 LEVEXTREL resin may be eluted by 1% sodium carbonate solution, and the resin was renewed simultaneously.
