Initial treatment strategies with basal insulin or premixed insulin: how to choose
摘要
近年来,随着2型糖尿病的病理生理机制被逐步明确,对于2型糖尿病的治疗方案也日趋完善。尽管口服降糖药因其方便安全而使患者具有良好的依从性,但胰岛素治疗却依然凭借其对血糖的良好控制而在2型糖尿病的治疗中占据不可替代的地位。
