摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析近年来于我院分娩或引产的38例畸形胎儿的临床资料。结果 1354例孕产妇中畸形胎儿38例,缺陷率2.81%;34例得到超声诊断,漏诊率10.5%。胎儿缺陷的超声诊断与临床产后诊断的符合率为100%。其中,神经系统畸形最多,占34.2%。结论彩色多普勒超声筛查可早期发现胎儿明显解剖结构的畸形,以提高优生优育水平。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal malformations in prenatal screening. Methods Retrospective analysis of birth or induction of labor at the hospital in recent years the clinical data of 38 cases of fetal malformation. Results 1354 cases of pregnant women, 38 cases of fetal malformation, defect rate of 2.81%; 34 cases of ultrasound diagnosis, the missed diagnosis rate of 10.5%. Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal defects and clinical post-natal diagnosis was 100%. Among them, the nervous system malformations, accounting for 34.2%.Conclusion Color Doppler ulWasound screening in the early detection of fetal anatomy significantly the structure of the deformity, in order to improve the level of prenatal and postnatal care.
