摘要
目的:观察脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者健康指导的效果。方法:对100例患者进行健康指导。结果:90例恢复吞咽功能,有效率90%。结论:对脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者采取正确的健康指导,能减少误吸、呼吸道疾患、营养失调等并发症,促进康复。
Objective：To observe the effect of health guidance on stroke patients with concurrent dysphagia. Method：100 cases of patients were in health guidance. Result：The swallowing function of 90 cases recovered. The effective rate was 90%. Conclusion：The correct health guid- ance on stroke patients with concurrent dysphagia could reduce complications, such as false alarm, respiratory disease, nutritional disorder, etc and promote rescovery.
