介绍一种零电压开关PWMDC/DC变换电路。因其功率开关管可在无任何附加电压应力下开通和关断,使开关损耗大为下降。与常规的硬开关变换电路相比,具有更高的开关频率和较高的效率。
The authors introduce a new active-clamping ZVS PWM converter. Its Power switches can turn on and offwithout additional votage stress, so the switching loss is lower. Switching-frequency and efficiency of proposed converterare higher than conventional hard-switching DC/DC converter.
