摘要
以某型航空液压壳体零件为例,从数控加工工艺规划、编程技术、切削参数选择等方面对该壳体零件数控加工技术进行了介绍,并提出一些提高壳体零件加工效率的建议。
Taking certain aircraft servo system shell part as an example, the application of NC machining technology on the shell machining was described from three aspects of the NC machining process planning, NC programming and cutting parameters selection. Some advices on how to enhance machining efficiency were presented.
