摘要
[目的]了解不同品系与不同径围橡胶树树干的呼吸情况。[方法]采用LI-6400便携式CO2分析系统进行为期1年的原位监测,对海南省儋州市中国热带农业科学院试验场同一径围(50±1 cm)不同品系(热研7-33-97、PR107、热研7-20-59)和同一品系(热研7-33-97)不同径围(50±1、60±1、70±1、80±1、90±1、100±1 cm)的树干呼吸进行测定。[结果]3个品系与6个径围的树干呼吸都呈现出一致的单峰季节性变化趋势,在生长季的呼吸速率显著高于非生长季,最大树干呼吸速率出现在8月份,最小树干呼吸速率出现在1月份。PR107(2.19μmol/m2s)的树干年均呼吸速率与热研7-20-59(1.91μmol/m2s)存在极显著差异,热研7-33-97(2.06μmol/m2s)与这2个品系之间的差异不显著。径围也是影响橡胶树树干呼吸的一个重要因素,(100±1)cm的年均呼吸速率最大(3.36μmol/m2s),其他依次为90±1 cm(3.07μmol/m2s)、80±1 cm(2.7μmol/m2s)、70±1 cm(2.51μmol/m2s)、60±1 cm(2.38μmol/m2s)、50±1 cm(2.06μmol/m2s)。[结论]同一径围不同品系的树干呼吸有差异,同一品系不同径围的树干呼吸随着径围的增大,其呼吸速率也相应地增加。
[Objective] To know the breathing of the different strains with different diameter circumference of the trunk of rubber tree.[Method] By using a LI-6400 portable CO2 analysis system,we investigated stem respiration of rubber trees with same diameter(50±1 cm) of different strains(Reyan 7-33-97,PR107,Reyan 7-20-59) and the same strain(thermal 7-33-97) in different girth(50±1、60±1、70±1、80±1、90±1、100±1 cm) in China Academy of Tropical Agriculture,Danzhou City,Hainan Province.[Result] Stem respiration of different girth and stains changed constantly with season,with a maximum value in August and the minimum value in January.Briefly,respiration rate in growing season was significantly higher than that of non-growing season.There was quite significant different annual average respiration rate between PR107(2.19 μmol/m2s) and the Reyan7-20-59(1.91 μmol/m2s),and there was no significant difference between these two strains and Reyan 7-33-97(2.06 μmol/m2s).Diameter circumference was also an important factor to affect the rubber tree trunk breathing,the order from top to bottom of average annual respiration rate of Diameter circumference was followed as:100±1 cm(3.36 μmol/m2s)〉90±1 cm(3.07 μmol/m2s)〉 80±1 cm(2.7 μmol/m2s)〉70±1 cm(2.51 μmol/m2s)〉60±1 cm(2.38 μmol/m2s)〉50±1 cm(2.06 μmol/m2s).[Conclusion] The same diameter of the different strains of stem respiration were different,the same strains of different diameter trunk breathing with diameter increased,the respiration also increased accordingly.
