摘要
目的 :观察能全力的营养支持效果及其对控制腹泻和便秘的作用 ,介绍能全力的使用方法和护理。 方法 :选择了 2 3例病人行能全力肠内营养支持 ,均采用经电脑输注泵连续输注的方法给予 10 0 0～ 2 0 0 0 ml/d,每人 14天。 结果 :1病人的营养状况明显改善 ,表现在体重和血清白蛋白均较营养支持前显著增加。2消化道反应良好 ,无腹泻、腹胀、便秘等发生。平均每天解糊状粪便 2～ 3次。 结论 :能全力不仅能明显改善病人的营养状况 。
Objectives:To observe the effectiveness of enteral nutirtion containing diet fiber in surgical patients and intruduce the use method and nursing experience. Methods:Enteral nutrition containing diet fiber(Nutrison fiber) was used in 23 cases of surgical patient for 14 days.Enteral nutrient was delivered continuously and controlled with computer controlled pump of Flolcare 800. Results:The nutritional status of patients was obviously improved with body weight and serum albumin level having significantly been increased.There was no symptoms of gastrointestinal tract such as diarrhea,abdominal distention and constipation. Conclusions:Diet fibre contained enteral nutrition can not only improve the nutritional status,also cause no symptoms of gastrointestinal tract.
