摘要
研究酚甘油对神经的病理损伤,选择酚甘油治疗癌痛的理论参考数据.方法:通过使用10%、15%、 20%浓度酚甘油分别作用于活体离断神经1、 2、 4、 8小时后,进行病理学观察,结果: 10%浓度酚甘油作用后神经损伤只出现轻、中度脂肪变性; 而15%浓度作用 8小时后可出现部分神经索崩解、消溶; 20%浓度作用4小时后即出现部分神经轴索崩解、消溶。且在同一浓度中随作用时间增加神经病理损伤加重;在作用时间相同时,浓度越大,病理损伤越重.结论:酚甘油对神经的病理损伤与酚甘油的作用浓度、作用时间有密切关系.10%浓度的酚甘油为安全浓度;15%浓度酚甘油易引起神经轴索的崩解、消溶,临床应慎用;20%浓度酸甘油只可用于晚期癌痛病人的神经毁损性治疗。
Objective: To study the pathology of nerve injured by phenol glycerin and introduce the theoretical reference of treating cancer pain with phenol glycerin. Methods: Different concentration(10%, 15%. 20%) phenol glycerin acted on the separated vital nerve for 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours and then nerve pathological features were observed. Results: The pathological features were mainly fatty degeneration of neurilemma and disintegrate lysis of neuron. In same concentration, the more acting time, the more severe pathological injury. The more concentration, the more severe pathological injury on the same acting time. Nerve pathology injury was only low or moderate fatty degeneration after 10% phenol glycerin action. The disintegrate and lysis of part neuron could be found easily after 15%phenol glycerin action for 8 hours. So do it after 20% phenol glycerin action for 4 hours. Conclusions: Degree of nerve pathology injury is strongly related to concentration of phenol glycerin and acting time. 10% is a safe concentration. 15% phenol glycerin could easily cause disintegrate and lysis of neuron and it should be cautiously used in clinics. 20% phenol glycerin could only be used in treating pain of terminal cancer patient as a drug of destroying nerve.
