摘要
图书馆创新管理是时下图书馆管理面临的一个重大挑战。在分析图书馆管理现状的基础上,总结了制约图书馆管理创新的要素,并基于此提出了图书馆管理创新的基本思路,以期为图书馆管理创新实践提供理论参考。
Library＇s management innovation is a big challenge faced by library management. This paper, based on the analysis on current situation of library management,sums up some elements restricting the library＇s management innovation, and puts forward some basic ideas for library＇s management innovation for providing some theoretical references for the practice of library＇ s management innovation.
