摘要
指出了校外访问电子资源中存在的各种非法下载问题,在对上海高校校外访问电子资源现状调查基础上,列举了几种常用的访问方式,并对VPN校外访问的管理提出了意见和建议。
This paper points out various Illegal downloads in off-campus access to library＇ s electronic resources, based on the survey of the present situation of off-campus access to electronic resources of universities in Shanghai, and lists several commonly used access methods, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the management of VPN offcampus access.
