摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、维氏硬度计、拉伸试验机和电子探针分析仪(EPMA)等研究了不同变形量对Cr20Ni80电热合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金经热轧后显微组织中析出的主要夹杂物为氮化物和碳化物;随着变形量的增大即试样直径的减小,夹杂物的析出开始增多,且分布不均匀,试样的抗腐蚀能力逐渐增强,合金的硬度和抗拉强度都先降后升;当变形后直径为3.2 mm时,试样的室温力学性能最差。
The effects of different deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of Cr20Ni80 electrothermal alloy are studied by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), vickers hardmeter, tensile testing machine and electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA). The results show that some non-metallic inclusions can be found in the microstructure after hot rolling, which are mainly nitrides and carbides. With the increase of the deformation, the diameter decrease, and the inclusions begin to in- crease and distribute non-homogeneously. The corrosion resistance will be enhanced and the hardness and tensile strength first both decrease first and then increase. When the diameter is 3.2 mm after deformation, the room-temperature mechanical properties of the sample are the worst.
