摘要
温州民营企业具有规模小、数量多等特征,容易引发产品质量、环境保护、资源使用等社会问题。通过分析温州民营企业社会责任的特点,提出构建温州民营企业社会责任推进机制,以增强企业承担社会责任的能力,提高企业荣誉和组织认同及经济绩效回报。
Wenzhou private enterprises with the features of being small and numerous are apt to cause some social problems such as： product quality, environmental protection, resource application and so on. The paper pre- sents the development mechanism of establishing the social responsibility of private enterprises by analyzing the features so as to improve the competence of enterprises to build the social responsibility, upgrade the enterprises＇ image and organizational identity and gain the return on economic performance.
