摘要
发展合作建房事业是缓解我国当前严峻住房形势的有效路径之一,但目前的合作建房却遭遇到很多现实难题,抑制了其发展。在对我国合作建房制度所面临的各种问题进行分析与思考的基础上,提出扶持和培育合作建房的政策建议,以期能对缓解我国居民住房压力、解决民生问题有所帮助。
To develop the co-operative housing is one of effective ways to ease the severe hous However, the present co-operative housing construction is now encountered with many practi ing cal situation problems in China. that have retrained its development and expansion. Based on the analysis and consideration of these problems, this paper put forward some policy recommendations to support and foster co-operative housing so as to make contributions to relieve the Chinese housing tension and solve people＇ s living problems.
