当前 ,世界硅材料市场的发展趋势主要表现为 :半导体行业新的一轮高速发展正在形成 ,大直径化稳步推进 ,但Φ2 0 0mm时代比预期的更长 ;外延片正成为市场的新宠 ;由于价格下降造成的业绩劣化已经得到缓解 ;多晶硅连年的库存积压使得多数工厂开工不足。
Regarding the development trend of silicon materials of the world,one can see that the world is experiencing a new round of development for the semiconducting industry;silicon wafers are being produced in ever larger diameters,but the period of 200mm diameter wafers will last longer than originally forecasted;epitaxial wafers are becoming a new favourite of the market;the whole industry is being relieved from the tension caused by the decrease of price;and most of the polycrystalline silicon factories still can not give full play to their production capacity owing to excessive inventory.
