摘要
研究了用电热法生产的铝硅铁合金代替纯铝和硅铁作还原剂进行热法炼镁的可能性。研究和分析结果表明,铝硅铁合金可代替纯铝作还原剂,并使热法炼镁的反应温度大幅度降低。当含铁较低时,铝硅铁合金可视为铝硅二元合金。当铝含量不变时,以铁代替部分硅可使铝硅铁合金中铝活度增加。
The possibility of thermal reduction of Mg by electric thermal process instead of reductive agents (such as Al or Si-Fe alloy) was investigated. The results show that Al-Si-Fe alloy can be substituted for Al as reductive agent, and the temperature of thermal reduction of Mg decreases greatly.0 When the content of iron is low, the Al-Si-Fe alloy can be regarded as Al-Si binary alloy. When the content of Al is constant and Fe is substituted for part of Si, the aluminum activity in the ternary Al-Si-Fe alloy will increases.
