煮练工艺条件对亚麻短纤维可纺性能的影响

摘要 对亚麻短纤维进行煮练处理,通过严格控制工艺参数,合理去除木质素、果胶等伴生物,提高短纤维的可纺性。试验结果表明,其针织亚麻汗布产品吸湿好,导热性高,穿着凉爽,无刺激感,垂感在同类针织品中特别优良。 By contro substance of flax reasonably fabric made from the treated rritation to skin. Especially, it ng the technological parameters strictly, it can remove lignin, pectin and other associated so as to improve the spinnability of flax staple fiber. The results showed that knitted flax flax has staple fiber had high hygroscopicity and heat conductivity. And it wears cool and had no better drape compared with similar products.
