摘要
探索着色剂法定量分析二组分混合纤维层的可行性。分别称量10个不同比例的涤、棉纤维,经梳棉机混合梳理后对其进行染色得到其颜色随着棉含量增加而渐深的涤棉纤维层,实验数据表明涤/棉混合纤维层在染色后的△白度与其棉比例的线性关系较好,相关系数达0.98。
Explore colorants quantitative analysis method two components of mixed fiber layer feasibility. Weighing l0 different respectively proportion of polyester, cotton fiher, the mixed after carding machine on the comb got its color with dyeing cotton content increased and the cotton/polyester fiber gradually deep layer, experimental data show that polyester/cotton hybrid fiber layer in the white degree after dyeing accidents and proportion of the linear relationship between cotton was good, correlation coefficient of 0.98.
