摘要
选取东疆兰新铁路沿线及周边8个气象站的大风资料,分析了东疆兰新铁路沿线近50a(1961-2010)大风日数的空间分布及其年、季分布特征,计算了50a一遇和100a一遇的最大风速和风压。结果表明:大风日数中心集中在"三十里风区"的达坂城地区和"百里风区"的十三间房地区,年、季变化明显;铁路沿线50a、100a一遇和实测最大风速与风压出现在十三间房地区。此外,还对东疆兰新铁路沿线的防风问题给予了一定的建议。
Based on the data of 8 observatories in east Xinjing,the number of strong wind days from 1961 to 2010 in eastern Xinjing and that along the Lan-Xin railway,spatial distribution of strong wind,yearly variation and monthly varation were analyzed.It was found that the strong wind mainly occured along the railway in dabancheng region of "30km wind area" and shisanjianfang region of "100km wind area",with distinct monthly and annual variations.The supreme maximum wind velocity and wind pressure,the maximum 10-min mean wind velocity and wind pressure with probabilities of 2% and 1% occured in Shisanjianfang region.To guarantee the rail transportation safely,we put for ward some suggestions about protect against gale disaster along Lan-Xin railway in east Xinjiang.
