摘要
针对某新建电厂,在该厂600 MW超临界锅炉上进行了印尼煤和神华煤的掺烧试验,通过合理控制掺烧印尼煤磨煤机的运行参数,成功掺烧了40%比例的印尼煤。试验结果表明,锅炉效率略有下降,NOx排放量变化不大,磨煤机煤粉管路上存在积粉问题。从电厂机组运行的经济性和安全性综合考虑,选择印尼煤作为该厂主要备烧煤种是适宜的。
Mixed-burning test of Shenhua coal and Indonesian coal in 600 MW supercritical units in a new power plant is conducted. By reasonable control over operation parameter of mixed coal grinding mill, 40 percent Indonesian coal is mixed. The test shows that the boiler efficiency is decreased, emission of NOx does not change much and there is accumulated coal dust on pipes of coal grinding mill. In comprehensive consideration of economic efficiency and safety of unit operation, it is suitable for the power plant to choose Indonesian coal as major coal for burning.
