摘要
随着计算机技术的发展和数字图像技术的应用,智能视频监控和检测系统已经被广泛应用于银行监控、交通监控等方面。文章简要介绍了智能视频监控中常用的检测技术及传统单点视频存在的问题,并对智能视频监控中的人体检测与识别的具体方法进行了论述。
With the development of computer technology and digital intelligent video monitoring and testing system has been widely traffic monitoring, etc. This paper briefly introduced the intelligent image technology application, applied in bank monitoring, video surveillance in common use in testing technology and traditional single point video, the existing problems of the intelligent video surveillance and the human body detection and recognition of the specific methods are discussed in this paper.
