摘要
介绍了石油大学开发的新型快速分离装置———档板汽提式粗旋风分离器 (FSC系统 )的结构、工作原理 ,及其在中国石油前郭分公司重油催化裂化装置上的应用效果。通过安装后的标定试验及生产运行表明 ,FSC系统的投用减少了沉降器结焦 ,焦炭和干气产率分别降低 0 .13和 0 .12个百分点 ,轻质油收率提高 0 .4 4个百分点 ,经济效益显著。
The configuration and working principles of the new fast separating cyclone(FSC) the shed stripping cyclone developed by Petroleum University were introduced together with the application results in the RFCCU of Qianguo Refinery.The performance tests and production operation demonstrated that the installation of FSC had mitigated the coking in the reactor,reduced the coke and dry gas make by 0.13 and 0.12 percent point and increased the yield of light oil by 0.44 percent point.
