摘要
采用一台普通单螺杆或双螺杆挤出机生产的结皮低发泡硬质PVC管材与两台双螺杆挤出机共挤出的芯层发泡管材性能接近 ,具有一般硬质PVC管材的基本性能。设备投资减少 40 % ,模具减少 5 0 % ,生产成本低 。
Rigid,crustal and low foaming poly(vinyl chloride)pipes are extruded by one standard single screw extruder or twin screw extruder.Properties of the pipes are similar to those with foamed cores coextruded by two twin screw extruders.These pipes are endowed with basic properties of conventional rigid PVC pipes,but money needed for extruder and mould is reduced by 40% and 50 % respetively.
