摘要 介绍抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)针对环保要求开发的柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂FTX的工业应用情况。FTX催化剂以W-Mo-Ni为加氢活性金属组分,具有活性金属含量高、活性金属分散性好、较大的比表面积和孔体积、活性位中心多的特点,在处理劣质馏分油时,具有优异的加氢活性。FTX催化剂首次在中国石化扬子石化股份有限公司全馏分加氢处理装置上进行应用,装置工业运行及满负荷运转标定结果表明:操作条件、产品分布及产品质量均达到技术保证值,在满负荷(空速2.63 h-1)条件下,FTX催化剂具有优异的加氢脱硫活性,可满足生产要求,加氢性能优于装置前一周期使用的国外加氢催化剂,可以生产优质的乙烯裂解原料、满足国Ⅲ标准清洁柴油燃料和优质的催化裂化原料的生产需求。 The commercial application of FFX diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst successfully developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) to meet environ- mental protection requirements is introduced. The catalyst is a high activity W-Mo-Ni metal system bulk cata- lyst, which is characterized by high active metal content, good dispersion of active metals, high specific sur- face area and pore volume and large number of active sites, etc. It offers an excellent hydrogenation activity in treating low-quality feed. The FTX bulk catalysts have first been applied in full-range distillate hydrotreating unit in Sinopec Yangtze Petrochemical Co.. The unit operation and performance tests at full capacity show that the operating conditions and product slates as well as product quality have met guarantee specifications. FTX catalyst has excellent hydrodesulfurization activity at full-load operating conditions (space velocity of 2.6 h- 1 ) , meeting the requirements of practical production. The hydrogenation performance is superior over that of overseas hydrotreating catalysts applied in the previous operating cycle. It can be used to produce high- quality ethylene cracker feed, clean diesel oil meeting Guo-Ⅲ standards and high-quality FCC feed.
