摘要
应用单片机技术,通过抛物线拟合算法获得平滑的焊接电流规范参数曲线,实现全位置TIG管焊机焊接电流的平滑调节,改变以往的焊接电流参数分段控制模式,从而精确控制电弧能量及其分布。全文介绍了这种控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计框图、主要抗干扰措施。
Traditional section control modes of welding current parameters are changed in TIG tube welding machine. By means of single chip microcomputer, smooth curve of welding current parameters is formed by parabola interpolation. Smoothing adjustment of welding current is realized in full-position TIG tube welding machine, and the distribution of arc energy is controlled accurately. The principle of microcomputer control on TIG welding, the hardware structure and software block diagram of control system, and main measures for resisting disturbance are introduced in this paper.
