摘要
选用20日龄健康黄鸡30只,随机分为2组,每组15只,分别饲喂含0和200mg/kg阿散酸的全价饲料,试验时间为10d,混饲后收集不同时间的粪样,以微波消解-原子荧光测定法测定鸡粪中总砷的质量浓度,以高效液相色谱法测定鸡粪中阿散酸的质量浓度,了解阿散酸在鸡体内的排泄情况;将不同时间点收集的鸡粪进行阿散酸的光降解试验。结果,阿散酸在鸡粪中的排泄量在饲后第72小时达到稳态(阿散酸为63.42mg/kg,总砷为45.89mg/kg),阿散酸排泄量占总砷量的52.82%~58.96%。停饲后总砷、阿散酸排泄量呈较快速下降,第96小时鸡粪中已检不出阿散酸。光照组鸡粪中阿散酸的降解率为95.21%,避光组鸡粪中阿散酸的降解率为75.15%。结果表明,鸡饲喂阿散酸后主要以阿散酸原形的形式排泄;光照可以加速鸡粪中阿散酸的降解与转化。
This experiment was conducted to study the elimination of arsanilic acid in poultry feces,which was a basic study for the further investigation the residues of arsanilic acid in environment.Thirty Yellow Plumage meat chickens of 20 day-old,were randomly assigned to two dietary treatments.The groups received feed containing arsanilic acid(0 and 200 mg/kg).The feeding trial lasted for 10 days.Then,the feces were collected at 12 to 240 h after administered and a 5-d withdraw period.The total arsenic in feces was analyzed by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the arsanilic acid was analyzed by HPLC.Photodegradation of arsanilic acid in poultry feces was evaluated.In result,the excreted amount of arsanilic acid reached a steady-state concentration at 72 h after administered(total arsenic concentration of 45.89 mg/kg,arsanilic acid concentration of 63.42 mg/kg).The percentage of arsanilic acid in total arsenic were variable from 52.82% to 58.96%.Arsanilic acid was undetectable in poultry feces at 96 h after withdrawal.There was significantly effect of light on the degradation of arsanilic acid.The results indicated that most of arsanilic acid was not be absorbable and can be easily and quickly eliminated with no change.The degradation rate of arsanilic acid increased the effect of photolysis.
