摘要 大港王徐庄油田五断块为典型的块状低渗砂岩厚油层油藏 ,每一开发阶段都采取了相应的对策 ,总体上取得了较好的开发效果。该油藏开发初期充分利用天然能量 ,无水采出程度达 7% ,后由于能量不足产量递减 ,及时进行了注水开发 ,但因注采比过大 ,导致高渗透带暴性水淹。经深入研究弄清了剩余油分布规律 ,即 :平面上构造腰部水淹严重 ,构造两翼剩余油富集 ;纵向上油层下部严重水淹 ,油层上部剩余油较多。针对剩余油分布规律 ,钻加密完善井辅以相应的配套措施 ,有效地改善了开发效果 ,增加可采储量 1 6 .7× 1 0 4t。应用物质平衡原理、油藏精细数值模拟成果、油藏工程综合分析方法 ,论述了油藏产能及边水作用特征 ,分析了注水开发过程中含水上升与注水强度的关系 。 The 5th fault block in Wangxuzhuang oil field of Dagang is a typical massive sandstone reservoir with large thickness and low permeability. Measures taken at each stage in the development history ensured a relatively good development effect in general. At the early stage the natural energy is fully used with a water-free recovery up to 7%. Then waterflooding was done because of production decline due to lowered pressure. Too high injection-production ratio resulted in a crash waterout due to the existing of high-permeable zones. Further research clarified the distribution of remaining oil, i.e. serious waterout at structural saddles and rich residual oil at limbs areally, and serious waterout at lower part and rich oil at the upper vertically. According to the remaining oil distribution, infill wells and other suitable measures were used to improve development effectiveness and the increased recoverable reserves is 16.7×10 4t. In this paper, oil productivity and edge water's action, the relationship between water cut increasing and injection intensity, the remaining oil distribution as well as the available approach to tap the potential in seriously heterogeneous sandstone formations with large thickness and low permeability are studied by using the principle of material balance, detailed numerical simulation and integrated reservoir engineering methods.
