摘要
分析了热挤压连接套毛坯壁厚差超差原因,将凸模材料由模具钢3Cr2W8V改为高速钢6W6Mo5Cr4V,同时采用相应的锻造工艺和热处理工艺,热挤压的连接套毛坯壁厚差完全满足零件要求,凸模的使用寿命大大提高,最高达到2.8万件。
The cause of the out-of-tolerance of the wall thickness for the hot extrusion connecting sleeve was analyzed. The 6W6MoSCr4V high-speed steel was adopted in the manufacture of the punch instead of the die steel of 3Cr2W8V. At the same time, the relevant forging process and heat treatment process was used. The wall thickness difference for the hot extrusion connecting sleeve can fully meet the requirements of the product. The service life of the punch is greatly improved, which can reach the maximum of 28000 pieces.
