摘要
近年来,我国工业化、城镇化进展迅速,但农业现代化明显滞后,为实现"三化"协调发展,应加速推进农业现代化。期货市场具有风险规避和价格发现的功能,也是一个重要的信息中心。在农业商品化和市场化条件下,通过引导企业、农民合作组织以及农户以各种形式参与利用期货市场,利用其风险管理和对未来价格的预期功能,能够有效推动农业适度规模经营、调整农业结构、增加农民收入、促进农业产业化和农民组织化、培育新型农民等,以此推动农业现代化进程。
In recent years, the industrialization and urbanization of China has progressed rapidly. However, the modernization of agriculture has lagged far behind. To achieve the coordinated development of ＂industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modern- ization＂, the modernization of agriculture should be accelerated. Futures markets has the functions of risk averse and price discovery and is also an important information center. Under the conditions of agricultural commercialization and marketization, by guiding the enterprises, farmer＇s cooperative organizations, and farmers into various use of futures markets and its risk management and the expec- ted future price, we can promote agricultural scale management and the industrialization of agrucuhure and farmers＇ organizations, ad- just agrucultural structure, increase farmers＇ income and cultivate new fatmers, so as to promote the process of agricultural moderniza- tion.
