摘要
目的分析高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者进行手术治疗后的临床效果及护理特点。方法结合2009～2011年选出的15例高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻的患者资料,分析其术中、术后不同时期心理特点对应的治疗效果及护理方式,保证所有患者均处于治疗的最好状态。结果 15例患者中1例在手术后出现呼吸衰竭1周后死亡;其中2例出现腹部切口感染情况,2例感染患者均为女性合并糖尿病患者,通过换药治疗后痊愈;1例肾功能不全患者在手术后进行透析治疗痊愈;剩余9例患者术后恢复效果良好。结论对于高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者,在手术之前由于器官多有其他疾病,容易出现术后并发症,所以在手术前应该做好充足的准备以及患者心理护理,在术后进行严密的观察是减少术后并发症和患者恢复的关键。
Objective The clinical effect analysis to investigate the elderly colon cancer with intestinal obstruction surgery and care characteristics. Methods Elected in 2009-2011, 15 cases of the elderly colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction, and analyzing its intraoperative and postoperative psychological characteristics during the corresponding treatment and care methods to ensure that all patients in the treatment best state. Results 1 case of the 15 patients in the post-operative respiratory failure and death after 1 week; two cases of abdominal incision infection, 2 cases of infected patients were female patients with diabetes cured by dressing treatment; one cases of renal insufficiency in patients with dialysis treatment after surgery to heal; the remaining nine cases of postoperative recovery to good effect. Conclusion For the elderly colon cancer combined intestinal obstruction, many other diseases before the surgery because of organ prone to postoperative complications, adequate preparation and psychological care of patients before surgery should carry out strict observation in the postoperative is the key to reduce postoperative complications and patients recover.
