摘要
目的通过严密观察分析肾综合征出血热的护理问题,及时采取有效、得当的护理措施,增加患者舒适感,尽早康复。方法对253例肾综合征出血热患者的护理措施进行回顾性分析总结。结果本研究所有患者均无并发症发生,病程缩短,100%治愈出院。结论严密观察病情,掌握病势发展动态,及时提供有效的、措施得当的治疗和护理,可以缩短病程,尽早治愈出院。
Objective To closely observe and analyze the nursing problem for the hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome patients, adopt effective and proportionate nursing measure, in order to increase patients＇ comfort and recover as soon as possible. Methods 253 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results This study had no complication, the disease course was shorten. The recovery percentage was 100%. Conclusion It can provide effective measures timely, and give appropriate treatment ,make the patients＇ disease course shorten and recover as soon as possible through nurses observe patients closely, grasp their condition developments.
