黛力新联合心理干预治疗偏头痛患者的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的对应用黛力新与心理干预联合的方法治疗患有偏头痛的患者的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取84例偏头痛患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。对照组患者采用黛力新进行治疗;治疗组患者采用黛力新与心理干预联合的方法进行治疗。结果治疗组患者偏头痛症状改善效果明显优于对照组;不良反应发生率和症状复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用黛力新与心理干预联合的方法对患有偏头痛的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。 Objective To research and analysis the clinical effect of deanxit and psychological intervention for patients with migraine. Methods 84 patients with migraine were divided into the control group and the treatment group.the patients of control group were treated by deanxit,the patients of treatment group were treated by deanxit and psychological intervention. Results The symptoms improve effect of treatment group were obviously better than control group,the adverse effects rate and the symptoms the recurrence rate of treatment group were obviously lower than control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of deanxit and psychological intervention for patients with migraine was good.
