自体疣埋植术联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性扁平疣临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察自体疣埋植术联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法对63例多发性扁平疣患者施行自体疣埋植术联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗,术后12周时评价临床疗效及不良不应。结果63例患者痊愈57例(90.5%),无效6例(9.5%),显效时间平均15.2d。治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论自体疣埋植术联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性扁平疣方法简便,疗效显著,无明显不良反应。 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of treating multiple verruca plana with autoim- plantation technique and thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets. Methods Sixty-three patients with verruca plana were treated with autoimplantation technique and thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets, The clinical efficacy and adverse re- actions were evaluated 12 weeks after treatment. Results Of the 63 patients, 57 (90.5%) were cured, and 6 (9.5%) were found with no obvious effects. Conclusion Autoimplantation technique combined with thymopeptides enter- ic-coated tablets is an effective and safe method in the treatment ofverruca plana, with no obvious adverse reactions.
