摘要
目的评价贵州省平坝县中小学校开展伤寒副伤寒健康教育效果,为今后学校开展伤寒副伤寒健康教育工作提供借鉴。方法采用分阶段随机抽样方法,抽取平坝县内伤寒副伤寒高发区的城关镇、夏云镇和羊昌乡的9所学校的学生及家长进行干预,比较干预前后学生及家长伤寒副伤寒知信行的改变。结果干预后城关镇(学生为61.70%,家长为78.30%)、夏云镇(学生为78.90%,家长为74.20%)、羊昌乡(学生为71.90%,家长为69.30%)学生和家长的伤寒副伤寒防治知识总知晓率均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后正确态度总体持有率学生为89.10%,家长为87.88%,正确行为总体形成率学生为20.25%,家长为30.13%,均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论已实施的健康教育措施取得了一定成效,但正确态度和行为形成率还有待进一步提高,需探索更有效的干预措施。
Objective To evaluate effect of typhoid paratyphoid health education in schools in Pingba County, Guizhou Province, and provide reference for further work in future. Methods Students and parents were sampled from to- tally 9 schools in Chengguan, Xiayun and Yangchang by multistage random sampling. Effect of typhoid paratyphoid health education was evaluated by comparing the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the targeted population before and after the education. Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of knowledge related to typhoid and paratyphoid in Cheng- guan （ students 61.70% , parents 78. 30% ）, Xiayun （ students 78.90%, parents 74. 20% ） and Yangchang （ students 71.90% , parents 69. 30% ） were significantly increased compared to baseline study before prevention （P 〈0. 05）. The prevalence of attitudes among students （ 89. 10% ） and parents （ 87.88% ） was significantly changed after the prevention （P 〈0. 05）. The prevalence of behaviors among students （20. 25% ） and parents （30. 13% ） was significantly changed af- ter the prevention （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The awareness, attitudes and behaviors of typhoid and paratyphoid among primary and secondary school students and their parents need to be improved in Pingba county. The effect of health educa- tion measurements are evaluated availably by changes of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of student and parents before and after the prevention.
