摘要
"智慧浙江"建设,主要是指广泛地运用现代科技、尤其是现代信息技术以全面推动浙江发展的过程。在各行各业更广泛深入地运用现代信息、通信、网络技术,使浙江的物理系统、经济系统、社会系统更紧密地联结,更系统地集成,更全面地融合,从而构筑起物联化、网络化和智能化的浙江。研究报告指出,加快"智慧浙江"建设既具备良好的基础,也面临不少的困难和挑战,尤其缺乏省级层面的"智慧浙江"建设总体规划。文章结合"智慧浙江"产生的背景,阐述了"智慧浙江"带来的经济效益和社会效益,在分析"智慧浙江"建设现状的基础上,提出了加快建设"智慧浙江"的基本策略。
The building of ＂Wisdom of Zhejiang＂ mainly refers to the extensive use of modern technology, especially modern information technology to promote the development of Zhejiang. It involves more extensive and intensive use of modern information, communication, and network technology in all walks of life to ensure a closer link, and systematic and comprehensive integration of Zhejiang＇s physical, economic, and social systems. This would result in a integrated, networked, and intelligent Zhejiang. The research report reveals that accelerating the building of ＂Wisdom of Zhejiang＂ has a good foundation but is also facing many difficulties and challenges and in particular, the lack of provincial-level overall planning of the project. Combined with the background of ＂Wisdom of Zhejiang＂ , this paper describes the economic and social benefits brought by the project. Based on the a- nalysis of the status and unfavorable factors, it proposes fundamental strategies to accelerate the development of ＂Wisdom of Zhejiang＂.
