摘要
以多菌灵为原料 ,经氯磺化、铝粉和盐酸还原、碱催化条件下硫醚化合成阿苯达唑 ,并对还原和硫醚化反应进行改进 .该法工艺简便 ,反应条件温和 ,总收率达 5 0 .74% ,适合工业化生产 .
Albendazole was synthesized from carbendazole by sulfochlorination , reduction of aluminium and thiolation under alkalinous catalyst condition .The reduction and thiolation were improved . The reaction of all steps were carried out in moderate condtions to afford an overall yield of 50.74 %. This method was convenient to industrialize.
