摘要
利用特恩奎斯特指数方法测算改革开放以来的农业生产率,并利用多项式分布滞后模型分析农业科研公共投入对于农业生产率的贡献。研究结果表明,农业科技三项费用每增加1亿元,可以促进农业生产率在短期内提高0.0259,在长期内提高0.1812。建议建立农业科研财政投入保障机制,并鼓励民间资本更多地参与农业科研活动。
This article calculates the agricultural productivity since 1978 through Toruqvist index method, and analyzes the contribution of public agricultural R&D input to agriculture productivity growth through polynomial distributed lags model. The results of the study show that the increase of 100 million in three expenses of agricultural science and technology can promote agricultural productivity to improve 0. 0259 in the short term, and 0. 1812 in the long run. The author suggests that our government should establish a guarantee mechanism of financial agricultural R&D input and encourage private capital investing more in agricultural scientific research.
