摘要
结合河北省制药企业,运用复合生态系统理论,对制药企业生态系统及非生物部分的构成行了分析,界定了制药企业生态工程的内涵。在此基础上,运用多目标多层次决策理论与方法,构建了制药企业生态工程多目标决策模型和制药企业决策指标。其中,指标体系包括主因素层3大类指标、子因素层8类指标、次因素层23个指标。运用模糊综合评价法,结合河北省某制药企业,对其生态工程进行了科学评价,为我国制药企业开展生态工程评价提供参考依据。
This paper analyses the co - ecosystem and composition of abiotic part of pharmaceutical enterprises with complex ecological system theory based on the situation of pharmaceutical enterprises in Hebei province and defines the meaning of ecological engineering of pharmaceutical companies. On this basis, with the theory and method of multi - level and multi - objective decisions, this paper builds the model of ecological engineering and the evaluation index system of pharmaceuti- cal enterprises. The evaluation index system has 3 main factors in main level, 8 factors in sub - element level, 23 factors in the last level. At last, the paper has a scientific evaluation of ecological engineering with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the situation of a pharmaceutical enterprise in Hebei provice, and the results have reference significance for pharmaceutical enterprises in our country to operate evaluation of ecological engineering.
