疏肝、健脾、疏肝健脾方对肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠消化系统的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:比较疏肝、健脾、疏肝健脾方对肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠消化系统的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照、肝郁脾虚证、柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤5组,每组12只。后4组大鼠采用慢性束缚+过度疲劳+饮食失节法,连续4周造模,正常对照组不予处理,其中3个中药干预方组分别于造模第2周末,按10mL/kg给予相应方药灌胃,连续2周;模型组和正常对照组给予等量蒸馏水。于实验第29天,处杀各组大鼠,测定胃动素(MTL)、生长激素(SS)、胃蛋白酶、D-木糖排泄率、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-PD)。结果:模型组大鼠血浆MTL、SS及胃蛋白酶均见显著升高(P<0.05),D-木糖排泄率显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏SDH、G-6-PD均见显著升高(P<0.05)。柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤3组大鼠的血清MTL均呈显著性降低(P<0.05);柴胡疏肝散、柴疏四君汤二组大鼠血清SS均见不同程度降低,四君子汤组显著升高(P<0.05);柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤3组大鼠的D-木糖排泄率均呈不同程度升高,其中柴疏四君汤组和四君子汤组均呈显著升高(P<0.05);柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤3组大鼠的胃蛋白酶均呈不同程度降低,其中柴疏四君汤组显著降低(P<0.05)。柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤3组大鼠SDH均呈显著性降低(P<0.05);柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤3组大鼠G-6-PD均见不同程度升高,其中柴疏四君汤组呈显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠存在消化功能紊乱,柴胡疏肝散、四君子汤、柴疏四君汤对肝郁脾虚证模型的消化功能均有不同程度的改善作用,其中以柴疏四君汤的作用最佳。疏肝健脾方与肝郁脾虚证之间具有更高的关联性。 Objective :To compare the influences of formulae for soothing liver or invigorating spleen or soothing liver and invigorating spleen on digest function in rat model of liver - stagnation and spleen - deficiency syndrome. Method : All rats were randomly divided into the normal control group ( group 1 ) , model group of liver - stagnation and spleen - defi- eieney syndrome ( group 2 ) , Chaihu Shugan Powder group ( group 3 ) , Sijunzi Decoction group ( group 4 ) and Chaishu Sijun- zi Decoction group (group5) , 12 in eaeh group. The model was established in group 2,3,4 and 5 by chronic restraint -fa- tigue - diet disorder method for 4 weeks. Group 3,4 and 5 were given orally the relevant formulae( 10mL/kg)for 2 weeks started at the end of the 2nd week,and group 1 and 2 were given equivalent distilled water. On the 29th day all rats were killed and the serum levels of MTL, SS, D - xyloseexeretion rate, pepsin, SDH and G - 6 - PD were detected. Result : MTL and SS in plasma, pepsin, and SDH and G - 6 - PD in liver of model group increased significantly. D - xyloseexcretion rate in urine of model group decreased significantly. MTL in plasma of CHSGS, SJZT and CSSJT groups decreased signifi- cantly. SS in plasma of CHSGS aml CSSJT groups decreased in svarying degrees and that in SJZT group increased signifi- cantly. D - xyloseexe - retion rate in urine of CHSGS, $JZT and CSSJT groups increased in varying degrees and SJZT and CSSJT were significant. Pepsin of CHSGS,SJZT and CSSJT groups decreased in varying degrees and CSSJT was signifi- cant. SDH in liver of CHSGS, SJZT andCSSJT groups decreased significantly. G - 6 - PD in liver of CHSGS, SJZT and CSSJT groups increased significantly and CSSJT was significant.
