摘要
骨质疏松和糖尿病是老年人常见的两种疾病,影响着老年人的健康、寿命和生活质量。糖尿病患者的高血糖、高胰岛素血症等病理变化,使骨代谢发生改变。而二甲双胍作为2型糖尿病的一线药物,具有降低血糖,改善脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗,减轻体重,改善血管内皮功能等作用,同时对骨髓间充质干细胞的分化,成骨细胞的增殖、分化、矿化以及抑制破骨细胞活性均发挥一定的作用。
Osteoporosis and diabetes mellitus are common diseases in the elderly, affecting health, lifetime, and life quality. Hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, and other pathological changes caused by diabetes mellitus can change the bone metabolism. As the first line agent for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, metformin can decrease blood glucose, ameliorate lipid metabolism and insulin resistance, decrease body weight, and ameliorate endothelial dysfunction effectively. Furthermore, metformin plays a certain role in the differentiation of bone marrow stem cell, in the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, and in inhibition of the activity of osteoclasts.
