摘要
对建筑工程项目造价控制进行了探讨,提出将工程项目管理具体细化到各个阶段和步骤,分别阐述了建筑工程前期投资、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的造价控制的动态管理和方法措施,并进行了全面深入的总结,以指导实践。
This paper discussed the cost control of construction project, put forward made the project management specific and detailed to each stages and steps, respectively elaborated the dynamic management and measures of construction project investment at early stage and cost control at design phase, construction phase, complete phase, and made a detailed summary, in order to guide the practice.
